These are tools showing my location:
- Latitude is using Google latitude, set to show my current location (or rather my phone's). If you allow it to, Latitude shows your current location and records a history. You can then look at last week and see, how many hours you spent in certain locations like work, home, gym etc. Making this current location public is not for everyone and I might turn it off or make it private after this trial.
- Instamapper is another web service, also free, it shows when you last opened that particular app on the IPhone. You have control over your locations published because it doesn't run in the background on your device.
- Foursquare let's you publish your location by checking in to places. It takes a lot of effort and I am not good at it.
